Bug Description

# multitail -s 2 -f /var/log/apache2/access.log /var/log/apache2/error.log
 --*- multitail 5.2.8 (C) 2003-2007 by <email address hidden> -*--

A problem occured at line 511 in function mynewwin (from file term.c):

Failed to create window with dimensions 55x9 at offset -27,-4 (terminal size: 142,21)

Hi, i get similar problem when using tmux using horizontal split screen. Surprisingly, after i make the window bigger (or the make the font size smaller), i able to run multitail.
