Bug Description
When running Firefox (13.0.1, earlier versions behaved the same way) on KDE (Ubuntu 12.04 LTS + kubuntu-desktop 4.8.2 recently updated to 4.8.4) sometimes when the autocomplete list drops down from the address bar, it comes with some "blocks" missing. Hovering with the mouse or typing more letters forces a redraw that corrects the issue temporarily.
This only occurs on KDE, and it never occurs on Xfce or Unity with the same Firefox user profile. I noticed that disabling the "Fade" effect (from the "All effects" list in KDE's control panel) triggers this bug in many KDE menus (when Fade is on, everything is OK except for Firefox autocomplete).

It seems I have found a solution. I disabled VSync in the “Desktop Effects” settings panel and have not seen the glitch again for a while (I just found this out, that's why I can't tell for sure).
