Bug Description
The nova-network package does not contain a dependency on iptables and on install will throw a python stack trace nova-rootwrap iptables-save fails.
tested on 12.04

Hi Joseph
I think that you are correct in that nova-network should have a direct Depends on iptables.
However iptables is installed by default on Ubuntu Server so this is a minimal impact bug.
