Bug Description

The command "quickly run" fails with the following error:
Can't execute bin/discvur
ERROR: run command failed
Aborting

This is because I am developping my program Discvur on 2 computers, alternatively. The files are synced with Ubuntu One. So the synchronized ./discvur/bin/discvur looses its executability property after synchronization. I have to give it executable rights each time.

I suggest that running "quickly run" makes the file ./discvur/bin/discvur executable if it is not already.
