pressing Ctrl+L shortcut should automatically switch location-bar to text and highlight it

When user presses Ctrl+L, the location bar should automatically switch to text (e.g., /home/user/Documents/) and highlight this text. Then user can easily press Ctrl+C etc. to copy this location. But it also makes it easy for users to switch to a text based view when they need this view.
