Which Java package do you have installed?
Which Firefox extensions do you have installed?

This will greatly aid in tracking down your problem.

No, it won't help track down the problem. And all of that information is already present on the bug report, so asking the reporter to provide it again is just wasting their time.

If it hangs, then the reporter needs to follow the steps in https://wiki.ubuntu.com/MozillaTeam/Bugs#Hangs.2C_or_excessive_CPU_usage. Without that information, this report isn't of any use whatsoever.
