bug on save output image in cyrillic keybord layout

Run shutter on command:
shutter -d -s -e -o '~/Изображения/screenshots/screen-shot_2012-07-03-17-30_$wx$h.png'
When you save some sections of the screen deteriorate cyrillic characters in path to file.

So everything works fine:
shutter -d -s -e -o '~/screen-shot_2012-07-03-17-30_$wx$h.png'

And so I get the error:
shutter -d -s -e -o '~/Изображения/screenshots/screen-shot_2012-07-03-17-30_$wx$h.png'

At the same time error occurs only in russian (cyrillic) keybord layout. And not for all areas of the screen.

But wrapped red borders area I can not do print screen - receive an error. Strangely..
