Bug Description
When qlog is launched with --show-trees option, Some context menus don't work on the 'Working tree' revision.
Context menu of revision list:
* Show differences : Works.
* Show tree : Does not work, should be fixed.
* Tag revision : Should be disabled
* Revert to this revision : Should be disabled
* Update to this revision : Should be disabled
* Reverse cherry pick : Should be disabled
* Cherry pick : Should be disabled
Context menu of file list:
* Show differences : Works.
* Annotate : Does not work, should be fixed.
* View file : Does not work, should be fixed.
* Save file on this revision as : Should be disabled.
* Revert to this revision : Should be disabled.
