One of the librime build-deps, https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/google-glog/0.3.2-3 only built on amd64 and powerpc in Ubuntu. Unless someone fixes it's FTBFS on i386/armhf/armel, librime/ibus-rime won't be available on those architectures.
