This is a fresh install... I was loading a new mythtv theme and the error appeared.Hope you can sort this problem have done serveral clean installs and reports that an error occured... first with mencoder bug#1008302 and now this with mythtv and slo experienceing slow copy over network using rsync... sorry to say this release seems very buggy

Not a fresh install in my case. Error occurs when trying to run the Weather Add-on, which is newly added, and not configured.
