Bug Description

I have tried several times to get this issue fixed, and just resorted to a fresh install hoping that the pacakges and kernel were the issue. The computer itself runs fine and everything functions as expected except for suspend.

Everytime I either shut the lid, or use the power button to suspend, I am unable to resume, as the screen stays off, and I am unable to log back in. This requires a force restart. I have tried the alt+f1 fix, and that didn't work either.

I didn't have the issue in the last LTS version, so I don't know what the issue could be.

I have a Dell Latitude e5410
