This package is a dependency for MAAS. This provides libjs-raphael, which is a JS library needed for the MAAS WebUI. This will allow dropping yui3 from MAAS source.

Sure. Trivial package, the only trickiness is we've forced ourselves to have a delta to provide a minimized version and pull a new version. But Server Team is subscribed to bugs and can keep it in shape. Not much to do on a new update anyway.

raphael recommends javascript-common (which depends on wwwconfig-common). The MIR's are missing for these packages, or the recommends should be dropped.
