Bug Description

Amazon AWS Auto Scaling tool chain is needed in Quantal in Multiverse. AWS distributes the toolchain with a permissive non-free license (http://aws.amazon.com/asl/).

This package helps satisfy Blueprint "Package (more) AWS Tools for Ubuntu" (https://blueprints.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+spec/servercloud-q-awstools).

This bug is tagged needs-packaging which identifies it as a request for a new package in Ubuntu. As a part of the managing needs-packaging bug reports specification, https://wiki.ubuntu.com/QATeam/Specs/NeedsPackagingBugs, all needs-packaging bug reports have Wishlist importance. Subsequently, I'm setting this bug's status to Wishlist.

After talking to the MOTU's, this package is currently pending the Debian new queue. This is needed for a 12.10 feature for the cloud images.
