Bug Description
I am trying to install Kubuntu 12.04 AMD64 from Desktop CD.
At 64% there is a fatal error: grub-install cannot find /dev/sda
I am using Adaptec SCSI Raid controller ASC39320-R and have four disks in RAID0 configuration.
New disk, made by controller itself, is presented as "asr_STRIPE" and installation sees it as mapper/asr_STRIPE, but grub-install is looking for sda :-(
I tried alternate CD installation as well, but it stops at the begining with cyan screen and white stripe at bottom where I can type without any response.
