Notifcation bubbles are not positioned correctly when the secondary monitor is wider and below than the primary monitor

Bug Description
I have a setup where notifications are shown in a LCD monitor with a resolution of 1280x1024, and the laptop monitor (of 1366x768) is positioned below it.
Notification bubbles are position in relation to the laptop monitor width, and not according to it's target monitor width, as shown in the attached screenshot.
The result is that part of the notification is not visible.
