Different results for "Machines having a package in error"

Bug Description
When you go to OCS start page, then to "ELSE" (in my screenshot MISCELLANEOUS) then there are zero "Machines having a package in error". (see screenshot 1)
But when I do a various criteria search (screenshot 2) there are hosts which have an ERROR.
