Clicking "Local folders" causes the pointer to get "stuck"

Bug Description

If I click on "Local Folders" and then move the mouse pointer back up into the message list pane, the pointer turns into the "dragging" one, and I lose all ability to click. The only way to get back to normality is to use Ctrl-Q to quit.
