isInSubtreeOf() method is misnamed

Bug Description

A->isInSubtreeOf(B) should return true if B is an ancestor of A. However, it actually does the reverse: returns true if B is in a subtree rooted at A. This is backwards. The method should be renamed, perhaps to isAncestorOf().
