Bug Description

I'm running 13 x86 Cinnamon on a 15" laptop 1366x768 and I've noticed when connecting to a OpenVPN server and the OSD appears the words along the first line are cut off, also it seems like it's just redundant the second line, repeating what the first has said...

Maybe on bigger resolutions you can read everything, but I only have this laptop to test this on...

Hopefully we can get this fixed soon, so you can read everything and it looks cleaner...

I've attached a screen shot...

Also when connected to a VPN, either WiFi or Eth0 we need to have a lock displayed so we will know we are on a secure network connection. This use to be the behavior in the past with Mint, now I don't see this anymore, please let's get a lock to appear...

Also it use to be the behavior when you disconnected, or were disconnected from the VPN you'd get a OSD display telling you, now I don't see anything, only a OSD appears when connected...

THANKS
