deskbar applet's beagle backend sends wrong URI's to application

Bug Description
When I use deskbar to search for files with beagle, it lists the results correctly. When I click on it, it opens the right application but passes an invalid path to it. For example, evince complains that:
The hostname of the URI 'file:/
