ubiquity-dm not working in kubuntu quantal

Bug Description

ubiquity-dm doesn't work in kubuntu quantal, the try/install screen doesn't show when loading a live CD instead if just loads the full desktop. oem-config doesn't start either when doing the final stage of an OEM install

The Kubuntu image currently has both kdm and lightdm. The ubiquity job is "start on (starting kdm or starting lightdm)" (among other things). So the lightdm job starts but does nothing because it isn't the default DM, but that's enough to let ubiquity start just after kdm starts, and then fail because kdm has already managed to start an X server.

If possible, the simplest fix would be to just go back to only having one DM installed in Kubuntu ...
