HP Toolbox is not localized

After installing the French language pack and login into a localized session, all the applications appear in French, as expected.

When launching hplip-gui, it appears in English, though.

This is a problem of HPLIP upstream. HP is not providing lacalization for their software. At Ubuntu we cannot do much about this.

To the HPLIP developers at HP: What about adding localization to the GUI tools?

Thanks for clarifying - can't HPLIP-GUI + other related projects from HP use Launchpad's translation facilities? I am suprised governement/institutional customers using this haven't pushed + obtained properly localized versions of this.

At least this tool is only useful when installing the proprietary HP plugin for 50 printers
