Bug Description

upon 'quickly create ubuntu-application testme'
and then 'quickly debug'
winpdb crashes with the following error:

(testme:12856): GLib-GIO-ERROR **: Settings schema 'net.launchpad.testme' is not installed

/bin/bash: line 1: 12856 Trace/breakpoint trap (core dumped) /usr/bin/python "/usr/lib/pymodules/python2.7/rpdb2.py" --debugee --rid=3658885 "/home/cedeon-programming/devtest/testme/bin/testme"

I can step through the code right up until Window.py calls Gio.Settings() unhandled exception somewhere in /usr/lib/python2.7/dist-packages/gi/overrides/Gio.py Settings.__init__()

This produces a straight debugger crash, no exception analysis or pausing

This was working fine yesterday so possibly an update bug introduced?

Further information

'quickly run' creates the data/glib-2.0/schemas/gschemas.compiled file just fine. Debug does not.. why should this happen?
