Bug Description

When deleting a mail account, the 'Delete Account' confirmation box has two buttons on it which don't appear to work. The 'x' close button at the top right doesn't close the window, either.

Claws doesn't freeze, and it is still possible to use the rest of the Edit Accounts dialog while this box is up (for example, to change the orders or edit an account). The 'Delete' button in the Edit Accounts dialog still depresses on click, but doesn't produce more confirmation windows

To Reproduce:
* Have an account configured in Claws
* Open Configuration->Edit Accounts
* Select an account
* Click 'Delete' on the right
* Try to either cancel or confirm the operation

Expected Behaviour:
* Clicking on 'Delete' would delete the account; clicking on 'Cancel' would cancel the deletion
* Clicking on the 'x' close button at the top-right of the dialog would close it

Observed Behaviour:
* Clicking on either button, or the 'x' close button, has no effect.

I get the same behaviour on this PC (running gnome-session) as I do at home (in Unity).

Same here. I guess manually editing that section out of the accountrc file is the primary route...

Actually, I've just realized that it DOES work, but in a rather un-intuitive way:
* Open the account dialog
* Select what you want to remove
* Press the Delete/Remove button on the right -> You will get a confirm dialog that doesn't work
* CLOSE the account dialog (even though it is behind the confirm dialog)
* NOW the confirm dialog works
* Reopen the account dialog to verify that what you selected has been removed.

This seems to go for several other delete-confirm dialogs - for instance in the tailored header section.

Hope this helps until it gets fixed properly.
