Xorg upgrade breaks when using synaptics driver

Bug Description

When using the synaptics driver with XFree86 (yes, it was a custom addition to the config file) the
migration to xorg fails because it doesn't have this driver (at least not installed by default)

Don't think this really needs any more information, if it does just buz me..

This does stop the X server from starting, additionally when the errors come up (from GDM) they keyboard
is buggered and keys are random and start dropping junk out on the screen.

Might want to downgrade from major since this only happens with custom bits in the config i guess?

The upgrade installs automatically xorg-driver-synaptics, given that you have
ubuntu-desktop package installed.

If you don't and you are performing manual or partial upgrades you are on your own.

Also.. reassigning to xfree86-driver-synaptics.

An external modules has to adapt to its main upstream and not the other way around.

The only way xorg-driver-synaptics would not be installed is if an upgrade was
done without ubuntu-desktop, which we can't support ...
