cat: /lib/modules/3.4.0-030400-generic/build/include/linux/utsrelease.h: No such file or directory
Error:
kernel includes at /lib/modules/3.4.0-030400-generic/build/include do not match current kernel.

Dear Kapil,

2:8.960-0ubuntu1 is the latest version of fglrx-installer.
Please update to Precise, then tell if this works.
Also, please update your kernel to latest.

Thank you!

Kapil: you are trying to run a 3.4 kernel using the old fglrx package included with Lucid. That will not work (because fglrx needs patched to work with 3.4 kernel).
If you want to manually build Catalyst for 3.4 kernel, see: http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=1969827
(Of course, you will need to change 'Ubuntu/precise' to 'Ubuntu/lucid'
