package samba4 4.0.0~alpha18.dfsg1-4ubuntu2 failed to install/upgrade: subprocess installed post-installation script returned error exit status 126

Having tried the installation with Synaptic, directly with apt-get, and also with dpkg under three different identical computers and distro levels. The Same Error occurs at the end of the installation process. Uninstall breaks the system and the package must be removed manually.
