debootstrap warning during installation of Quantal Alternate

During installation I got a Deboostrap-Warning (screenshot attached)

"Warning: Failed to retrieve InRelease"

When I select Next it appears as if the installation is going well but at some point it stops, leaving me with a blank/black screen.

Also seeing this error on 64-bit 12.10 Alternate for Xubuntu 20120623.

Later the install fails for me too, but it's unrelated bug 1016925

I can also confirm this bug in Lubuntu Alternate amd64 Quantal install daily 20120623. However, pushed forward and install completed and worked okay. Got the bug on both entire drive encrypted and entire drive installs.
