Don't show Calendars if only one calendar

Bug Description
When viewing the add new event dialog..
If I only have a single calendar, don't show the "Calendar" selection box unless I can add a new calendar in it.

We should solve this by creating the possibility to add a new calendar directly from the dialog. I'll take a look at it tonight (if no one has done it by then ^^)
