Project manager multiple selection options

Bug Description
Seen under windows. Currently under project manager in file tree there is no possibility to select multiple files. I know at least one option which could be usefull on many files, delete selected files. Maybe in future there will be more options.

It was quite difficult to get the "git check-format" and "git fix-format" commands working under MSYS2 on Windows. I had to resort to use standalone git to use them.
Perhaps more options could be added to the popup menu.
