Wim, since you're busy with XHTML'ing, would you check out this issue? I can't
recall why I thought we should remove this stuff, but now I think it didn't pass
a validator.

Seems ok tested on silva 1.5.9 all only a couple of warnings but no errors.
One thing i wasted my time on is that if you use sava as in ff he strips out
ending tags and makes it invalid. the good old copy paste would have saved me a
big headache.

For total clarity: did you get warnings on those attributes? Or on
other things....
