Remove User's Full Name from User Indicator

Bug Description
Having the user's full name on the panel is unnecessary and inconsistent. All of our indicators on the right are icon-only, plus a user doesn't need reminded of their name.
We can easily remove it via GSettings by setting apps.indicator-
Alternatively we could consider removing the menu altogether, though we'd likely want to put the switch user option in the main session menu.
