Bug Description

It has many problems:

* Yes is on the left and No is on the right, which is different by every other application
* It uses Yes/No as label, while it should use labels which describe the action
* Every other confirmation dialog asks if we wanna proceed with the intended action, not its opposite. In this case it should ask if we're sure we want to exit.

Cannot reproduce the bug with latest daily PPA files... are you sure your system is up-to-date?
All I see is "There is an active process on this terminal!" then it asks "Are you sure you want to close this terminal?" followed by the buttons "Stay" and "Close Terminal".

Yes, it's still valid; "close terminal" is not a good label, it should be "kill process" or something like that.
Also, "Stay" should be "Cancel" I guess.

How about we do this:

Icon: dialog-warning
Line1 "Are you sure you want to quit Terminal?"
Line 2 "There is an active process on this terminal. If you quit Terminal, this process will end."

Right Button "Quit Terminal"
Left button "Cancel"
