SNN: old widget renderers are not removed

Bug Description

When SNN is installed in a site that had an older version of SilvaNews, the
following services are still available. Are they still needed?

service_news_sub_editor XMLWidgets Registry
service_news_sub_viewer XMLWidgets Registry

When SNN is uninstalled, both are removed (if they exist). A refresh (uninstall / install) happens for all extensions when Silva is upgraded, so this should catch it. The service_news_sub_viewer is still used, but the editor is not.
