Bug Description
After over a year of nicely working, suddenly compiz fails to produce any effects on second screen. Primay screen works as before.
At boot an login, screen1 (of screen0, screen1) retains the log in screen without background. After reloading the window manager, the wall paper appears with scree1 icons and gnome panels. Mouse actions on screen1 produce no result (as if the screen were am image).
Chnging the window manager to metacity from compiz disables compiz effects (cube & 3D windows) but actions previously done with the mosue now become visiable.
The screens are set up as separate X windows.
