Bug Description
USC doesn't currently support displaying .jpg or .ico icons, and possibly .xpm icons too.
MyApps shouldn't allow developers to provide .jpg icons until USC knows how to work with them.
Alternatively, MyApps could allow the developer to upload any supported format, but convert every raster icon to .png
If the decision is to restrict the formats that the developer can upload then there should be a setting to specify which formats are allowed.
