Arandr settings not kept after reboot

Run and set up dual monitors.

Reboot - settings not kept, need to run arandr again.

i'll still take this as a feature request.

for users who are "affected" by this: the workaround i'm suggesting is to save the screen layout (eg as ~/.screenlayout/startup.sh) and add it to the list of programs to launch during startup ("startup programs") depending on your desktop environment.
