Bug Description

SRU Justification

    Impact:
The upstream process for stable tree updates is quite similar
in scope to the Ubuntu SRU process, e.g., each patch has to
demonstrably fix a bug, and each patch is vetted by upstream
by originating either directly from Linus' tree or in a minimally
backported form of that patch. The 3.2.21 upstream stable
patch set is now available. It should be included in the Ubuntu
       kernel as well.

Linux 3.2.21

The following patch was dropped from application, as it was already applied to ubuntu-precise tree:
hwmon: (fam15h_power) Increase output resolution

This patch was rediffed, since we had one alsa change backported which made the one caming through 3.2.21 to not apply:
ALSA: hda - Add codec->no_jack_detect flag
