Physical Inventory - Import Inventory function includes stock which is already shipped to customer location

We are working in an MTO-environment and we are producing finished products which have a production lot assigned when manufacturing the goods.
After shipping the goods to the customer (delivery order), the stock of the goods is 0 when we check it in 'Stock By Location'.
When creating a new physical inventory record and when pushing the import inventory button, the system lists the finished product in the stock location with the quantity we produced. So the system doesn't take into account the outgoing shipment which decreases the stock.
