Bug Description

When submitting an application <https://myapps.developer.ubuntu.com/dev/apps/new/>, the "Application name" and "Tagline" fields are required, while the "Suggested version number" and "Suggested package name" fields are optional. There is no distinction between required fields and compulsory fields.

Since almost every field is required, it may make sense to print "(Optional)" in grey text after the labels for the few optional fields, as is done in Launchpad.

On the other hand, in the "Finding your app "and "Showing your app" steps, almost every field is optional.

So maybe it should instead follow the traditional pattern of having "* required field" below the form heading, then "*" next to each required field.
