Bug Description
The font lister shows some font names in a different language compared to all other windows programs. This causes the fonts to be sorted differently, and copy/pasting font names from or to another application is not possible at all.
Examples of programs that display the fonts normally (most but not all use the standard windows font picker)
-Open Office
-Paint Shop Pro
-Photoshop
-Notepad
-TextPad
-Total Commander
-Google Earth
-Aegisub
-mIRC
-WJPCE (Japanese word processor for Windows CE, desktop version)
-Configuration panel -> Appearance -> Advanced
These applications show the fonts in the name in their own language, if such a name is available.
For example, Windows XP English, with Asian fonts and Japanese input method (IME) installed, contains the default Japanese fonts "MS ゴチック", but Inkscape shows (Ms Gothic).
I have downloaded over a hundred fonts, and of those, only a handful show the actual Japanese name in Inkscape, presumably because ttf files don't contain an English name at all. For all other fonts, for example the free Epson fonts, inkscape shows the English name rather than the Japanese name.
Mark: are you still seeing this with 0.91 or 0.92?
