Hi!

Thank you very much for your bug report.

I've been trying to reproduce this problem but I don't seem able to do so, I reckon the issue is an extra /etc/mysql/conf.d file that doesn't come by default in the packaging.

Could you please attach to the bug any config files that are in that directory to make sure this is not a packaging or mysql issue?
