Bug Description
1) <title>
This:

...has an <title> of Site which makes it not very useful in tabs, history, etc. The page_heading is also "Site". Not that smart.
2) Tag listing showing wrong section_style

...should be section_style = None
3) Submenu shows up when it shouldn't

...doesn't need the Tag Listing vs. Cloud sub menu
4) Related items

- Has a bottom border when there is only one item
- No rounded corner
