Bug Description
Right now we have no way other than manual inspection to confirm that the website contains what we want, has no broken links, etc.
We should have an automated means to declare what the website should contain, and to verify that it contains that.

Current plan is to at least automate website generation from trunk; to add this generation to the validation queue; and to run the linkchecker over the resulting local HTML.
