Dual Monitor, glitch when dragging from one window to another and touching invisible edge

Bug Description

See attached video. When dragging from one window to the other..it seems like the window continues to move while the mouse hits the invisble boundary. Maybe it is some incompatibility with the little thing that is trying to make the screen half size, or maybe it just doesn't know to stop moving at that point.

Sometimes it flings things straight on to other desktops!

dragwindowbug-2 may be a unique bug, but it is the same mouse tweaking behavior
