Provide at least 80x25 characters terminal

For me a new terminal window is 79x34 characters, this is fine in most cases. But some applications, like the linux kernel ncurses configuration require a minimal width of 80 characters. See:

So, please make sure that standard with is at least 80x25 characters...

it works for newly created windows, but only as long as there is no scrollbar. So please also consider the case in which a scrollbar is present.

This is really unfixed now because mefrio shrunk the window in revision 258.

I modified minimum terminal size to a 40x12 shell because on little screens a shell of 80x25 can be too large.

What are little screens? My 12" laptop is only 1280x800.

Otherwise it would be nice if this could be a setting.

Indeed Mario, you shouldn't have done that, especially without asking anybody first. This should be a setting, and the default is 80*24, it's the standard.

It is 80x24 by default now but it can be changed with dconf so this bug can be considered as fix committed
