sometimes windows are rendered blank

At random times, a new window that is created, or an existing window previously minimized that is restored, or even just a right-click menu that is shown, is rendered completely empty, filled (I think) with what would normally be its background color.

Examples:
-a whole window of a program that was minimize and that you restore
-the whole window of a program that you launch from scratch
-a new window created by a running program
-a dropdown or right-click menu
etc

This happens pretty often, like more than once a day.
