Bug Description
Let initially the caps lock be off.
When I press CAPS Lock, get an expected notification "CAPS Lock On". Now, befor the notification disappears, if I again press CAPS Lock, the icon in the notification gets greyed out, but the text still remains "CAPS Lock On".
