Bug Description
Ever since installing 12.04 I have noticed the unity bar sticking out when the screen should be locked. It is also possible to see details of the window that had focus before the screen was locked.
This was slightly off putting as there could be sensitive information in the title bar, eg: having gmail open would show the subject of a personal email.
But then today I saw something much worse, having desktop notifications through google chrome / chromium on, these popup are displayed on the lock screen allowing other people to see chat notifications and other messages that websites are using these popups for.
This seems quite similar to this bug 696085 which was claimed to be fixed almost 18 months ago. It is clearly not fixed or has a regression.
If needed I can replicate and provide a video / pictures of this happening.
