ux2 section_style for forums

Chris has, in M106, converted some of the forum screens to ux2. We need to get the section_style and in some cases, the page_heading, correct:

1) https://karldev.gocept.com/ux2/osf/offices/nyc/forums/all_forums.html

section_style = none,

2) https://karldev.gocept.com/ux2/osf/offices/nyc/forums/

section_style=None, page_heading as New York Forums

3) https://karldev.gocept.com/ux2/osf/offices/nyc/forums/add_forum.html

...and the edit_forum.html that goes with it, section_style=none.

I just tested on karldev at https://karldev.gocept.com/ux2/osf/offices/nyc/files/reference-manuals/ and this looks good.

The url for http://karlstaging.gocept.com/ux2/osf/offices/nyc/forums/all_forums.html says it is missing.

the comment above has an error the url should have been https://karlstaging.gocept.com/offices/forums/all_forums.html the screen shot has been corrected also.

I think this works fine, Jim was expecting URLs on karldev to work on karlstaging. The karldev content doesn't always have the same structure since it is fake.
